Rustic Artisan Bread
Ingredients
- This is the easiest bread you will ever make and is so tasty
- 3 C. All purpose Flour
- 1 3/4-2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Active Dry Yeast
- 1 1/2 C. warm Water
Instructions
- With dutch oven pan in oven, preheat oven and pan to 450-500 degrees.
- In medium size bowl mix together flour, salt and yeast.
- Add water to flour mixture.
- Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap.
- Leave dough on counter overnight to rise.
- In The Morning:
- Spread some flour on counter
- Remove dough from bowl to floured counter
- Cover dough with flour and roll into ball
- Place dough ball into heated dutch oven (do not grease dutch oven)
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until golden brown
- You can make this bread to suit your own taste by adding rosemary, garlic powder or roasted garlic, minced onions or anything you like
