Piña Colada Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (Not the super moist)
- Bake in 9 X 13 baking pan according to package directions
- 1 can LOPEZ cream of coconut (You will find this in the liquor department with the mixers)
- (our local hyvee carries it) in wine and spirits
- 1 container of whipped topping
Instructions
- Bake in 9 X 13 baking pan according to package directions
- When cake is done use a skewer to poke holes all over top of cake.
- Pour 1 can of LOPEZ Cream of Coconut all over the top of cake
- Let it run into holes and down the sides of cake
- When cake has completely cooled, spread a container of whipped topping all over top of cake
