Black Bean Veggie Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and chill in fridge for an hour before serving.
- Other optional ingredients: You could add a package of thawed, precooked shrimp or fake crab meat for added protein
